109 West Nile Street
Tiger Developments Limited and George Capital (Glasgow) Limited are developing proposals for the redevelopment of their site at 109 West Nile Street, Glasgow. A Proposal of Application Notice has been submitted to Glasgow City Council for the following potential development:
“Erection of purpose-built student accommodation (Sui Generis) with other potential uses such as a gym (Class 11) and restaurant/café (Class 3), and associated landscaping and works.”
Tiger Developments Limited and George Capital (Glasgow) Limited are sharing details of emerging proposals before submitting an application for planning permission later this year and would like to gather feedback as part of this process.

The first of two public consultation events is being held on Thursday 24th August 2023 between 1pm and 7pm at the Ibis Styles Hotel, 116 Waterloo Street, Glasgow, G2 7DN. More information will be published on the website on that date for those who are unable to attend the event. See below.
A second public exhibition is due to be held on Thursday 2nd November (1pm-7pm) at citizenM Glasgow hotel, 60 Renfrew Street, G2 3BW.
